I was slightly disappointed with the room, as it was smaller than expected, and there was no shower chair despite it being a mobility room. However, I must admit that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was a mix of exceptional pleasantness but lacked knowledge at times, especially during check-in. The hotel's location was convenient for us, though the pool's chlorine made it difficult to enjoy. Dining was good overall, but the location of the restaurant was affected by nearby construction.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were in terrible shape, with a leaking sink and a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay. The housekeepers were rushing us out of the room early for cleaning, without addressing any issues. The lack of proper maintenance was evident, including stains, black mildew, and an uncomfortable room temperature set at 86 degrees. However, the hotel did have a basic gym with only cardio machines available.
